Do you know one of the biggest regrets couples have after their wedding? It’s not getting a wedding video / film made of their day. And while this isn’t meant to scare you, there are certain things that can only be captured via moving picture. So if you can, add a wedding film to your budget must haves.

1. An Open Heart at Pabst Best Place
This sneak peek video from Character D Films is exactly what we love about wedding films. Opening with the groom reading an intimate letter to his soon to be wife has us feeling ALL the feels. This is a moment that can only be captured on moving film. Be sure to check the reception’s sick dance moves around 1:07.
Throw in this wedding takes place at Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery in the absolutely beautiful Great Hall. We particularly love the opening drone shots and the iconic Milwaukee Pabst Sign shot at 0:30.

2. Funny Dads and Personalized Vows at Turner Hall Ballroom
This video from Sikora Film Co. starts off with a Dad of the Bride we can all relate to and has us cracking up. At around 0:58, this bride and groom really have us loving personalized vows SO MUCH! This couple also opted for a first look at 2:50 and a “hello from Iran” at 5:26 featuring skype captures of family who couldn’t make it to the wedding. What an amazing idea!
And venue love all day! It’s no secret we love Turner Hall Weddings so much and this video really showcases how beautiful this historic ballroom can be. Check out 0:10 for some of the beautiful styling done by Evenement.
3. From the Beach to The Atrium
Beginning with epic drone shots of Lake Michigan with glimpses of downtown Milwaukee, this film from Sound By Design Films transitions flawlessly into the amazing personalized vows, speeches and intimate moments this bride and groom are sure to cherish forever.
The Atrium is one of the hottest new venues in town – and this video shows it off perfectly. Check out the beautiful rooftop garden at 1:54 and see the party starting inside The Atrium at 5:20.

4. An Emotional and Epic Milwaukee Art Museum Wedding
An example of emotion, music and film coming together in one heart bursting moment — this sneak peek film from Sweet Pea Cinema is AMAZING! Beginning with the bride reading an emotional letter from her groom to a musical clash 0:41 as the glass is stomped in Jewish wedding tradition, this wedding film is perfection.
And seriously, this Milwaukee Art Museum wedding is a stunner!! See 0:21 for the gorgeous ceremony and 1:17 for the epic party as styled and planned by Evenement Planning.
5. An Elegant Pfister Hotel Wedding
Another sneak peek film from Character D Films that definitely doesn’t disappoint! Check out the cute “first touch” (different than a first look) at 0:15 and Go Marquette at 0:53.
We love this wedding in the Grand Ballroom of the Pfister Hotel, especially the great shots of the ballroom at 0:27 and the party starting at 1:17.

6. From Spain to MKE: The Absolute Beauty of Villa Terrace
“You don’t marry a person to live with, you marry a person you cannot live without.” The words spoken by the groom’s father at 3:27 really hit home in this wedding film from Sikora Film Co.. And get ready for the bride and groom’s awesome first dance at 3:52.
Warning: If you watch the first 40 seconds of this video, you’ll want to book the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum for your wedding. Amazing garden shots start at 1:50 and beautiful styling by Morr Events throughout this film.
7. Having a Blast at the Pfister Hotel
Beginning with epic drone shots of the Milwaukee Hoan Bridge, this film from Sound By Design Films captures an inspiring speech from the father of the bride to “follow your dreams” at 0:20. Also included are amazingly sweet and funny wedding speeches and feelings of love with this couple throughout the film.
This wedding in the Victorian designed Imperial Ballroom at The Pfister Hotel looks like it was a ton of fun. The party starts at 3:19 and we love the “lightshow” at 3:38. Also check out end of the night kisses at BLU at The Pfister at 4:20.

8. An Elegant Farm at Dover Wedding
A romantic dance outside under a string light backdrop — yup, this films got it! Captured flawlessly by Sweet Pea Cinema, this couple had a choreographed first dance (0:55) and late-night dance (1:20) that is just spectacular to capture on film. We love it so much and just another moment that can only be captured on film.
We are also loving everything about this elegantly beautiful Farm at Dover wedding! Check out one of our favorite first looks at 0:30 and there’s great venue/dancing shots at 0:55. Oh, and don’t miss the couple’s late-night dance at 1:19.
We can’t recommend enough having a wedding film created for your wedding. Your wedding day goes by very fast, and before you know it it’s over. With a wedding video it will live on forever.
