Whether for your rehearsal dinner, late night snacks, day after brunch, or even a casual wedding dinner, food trucks can be a unique option for you and your guests. Below we highlight a few of our faves, focusing on those trucks that are available to cater weddings in particular.
1. Lola’s Empanadas
From the delicious minds of Antigua Latin Cafe (fun fact — Antigua also caters full & delicious weddings) Chef Nicolas Ramos & co-owner Citlali Mendieta launched Lola’s Empanadas — serving both classic & unexpected flavors.
Offered via their food truck, catering & even heat-and-serve options, Lola’s Empanadas are some of the tastiest empanadas in town and perfect for late night wedding snacks, appetizers, rehearsals and everything in between.

2. Flour Girl & Flame
A delicious and locally-sourced spin on pizza — Flour Girl & Flame caters weddings! Bringing their wood fire pizza oven onsite, they will cook up some amazing & unique pizzas your guests are sure to enjoy.
Using locally sourced food when at all possible you can feel good about supporting this woman / LGBTQ+ owned business. Added bonus, Flour Girl & Flame contributes 5% of their profits to a charity of the wedding couple’s choosing. How cool is that?!

4. Press Waffles
Oh Press Waffles we love you so! Started in 2015 by co-owners Emily & Aaron, Press offers the most delicious Belgian Liège waffles.
These pockets of deliciousness can be topped with either savory or sweet toppings, or our favorite — plain with a light dusting of powdered sugar. A super unique late night snack or morning after wedding brunch, there’s definitely a place for Press Waffles at your wedding.
