From the delicious minds of Antigua Latin Cafe (fun fact — Antigua also caters full & delicious weddings) Chefs & owners Nicolas Ramos & Citlali Mendieta Ramos launched Lola’s Empanadas — serving both classic & unexpected empanada flavors.
Offered via their food truck, catering & even heat-and-serve options, Lola’s Empanadas are some of the tastiest empanadas in town and perfect for late night wedding snacks, appetizers, rehearsals and everything in between.

2. Flour Girl & Flame
A delicious and locally-sourced spin on pizza — Flour Girl & Flame caters weddings! Bringing their wood fire pizza oven onsite, they will cook up some amazing & unique pizzas your guests are sure to enjoy.
Using locally sourced food when at all possible you can feel good about supporting this woman / LGBTQ+ owned business. You can visit Flour Girl & Flame’s cute brick & mortar location — Everyone’s Table — in West Allis during the cold weather months and it’s available for private events like rehearsal dinners and wedding showers.

3. MKEats Food Truck
From the folks of Bars & Rec (The New Fashioned, AMPED, AXE MKE & more), MKEats food truck is a great option for folks looking for on-the-go catering with classic Milwaukee Flavors. Picture cheese curds, soft pretzels with cheese dip, mini butter burgers, brats and more. Plus the MKEats team can customize menu items based on what you’re looking for.

4. Press Waffles
Oh Press Waffles we love you so! Started in 2015, Press offers the most delicious and creative Belgian Liège waffles in Milwaukee.
These pockets of deliciousness can be topped with either savory or sweet toppings, or our favorite — plain with a light dusting of powdered sugar. A super unique late night snack or morning after wedding brunch, there’s definitely a place for Press Waffles at your wedding.

5. Heirloom MKE
Specializing in self-described “farm-to-truck” food, Heirloom MKE‘s food truck menu is extensive and includes things like gourmet burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches and unique vegetarian items.
Heirloom MKE is also available to do full scale sit-down catering and weddings that are looking for an off-beat vibe or want food truck serviced dinners… and everywhere in between. 6. Tots On The Street
Serving yummy gourmet & mouth filling tater tots — Tots On The Street are the perfect late night snack for your guests as they get ready to drink (or not drink) the night away.
Made from potatoes, these treats are gluten free, can be made vegetarian and include unique options like Wisconsin Cheese Curd Tots, Sour Cream & Chive Tots and Buffalo Chicken Tots — YUM! This mother & daughter-owned business has some of the greatest vibes, tasty tots and you can even find Tot’s on the Street at local retailers to fulfill your craving any time of year.

7. Streetza Pizza
A mainstay of Milwaukee’s food truck scene — Streetza has provided pizza and catering services to hundreds, if not thousands of wedding couples.
From bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, entire weddings, late-night wedding snacks to gift-openings, they have package options for everyone. We absolutely love the idea of a pizza truck for your wedding’s late night snacks.

8. Nadi Plates
Nadi Plates is a fun, woman-owned, LGBTQ+ allied food truck that offers a “nadi” twist on Italian dishes. Cleverly named pizzas, unique calzones, multiple flavors of arancini, loaded Italian nachos and parmesean truffle fries are just a few of the tasty options for you to choose from.
Be sure to visit Nadi Plates soon-to-open restaurant on Milwaukee’ East Side, opening in the former Crossroads Collective.

9. Pedro’s South American Food
Pedro’s Food Truck has been a mainstay in Milwaukee since 2015 and yes they cater weddings! Offering food truck cuisine featuring dishes and flavors that are staples of Latin American culture as well as a food cart that features Colombian style arepas and empanadas.
And you absolutely HAVE to visit their delicious restaurant in Riverwest — La Cocina Del Sur — and they have plans to open another brick and mortar location in Glendale soon. YUM!

10. Twisted Plants
Specializing in vegan comfort food, Twisted Plants will have your mouth watering and wondering how their menu can be meat free. From burgers, pulled “meat” sandwiches, smothered sausages, chik’n nuggets, even vegan mozzorella sticks — this is the perfect option for vegans and comfort food lovers alike.

Tacos — the ultimate food truck cuisine! Opened by Alex Hernandez and Carlos Olivares, Frida’s Cocina MKE serves authentic Mexican tacos including delicious al pastor & bistec tacos. Yum!
Frida’s Cocina is perfect for late night snacks or a casual wedding. They recently started offering a limited time menu featuring brunch items such as churro pancakes & breakfast burritos so if that’s your jam, be sure to ask!
