We’ve been excited about this venue pretty much since we got into the wedding industry. The Ivy House has quickly become a favorite among the #MKECouples lucky enough to book it. And for good reason – the place is spectacular indoors and out.
But the biggest plus about the Ivy House is the owners – our good friends at Milwaukee Airwaves. We’ve known these guys since we started Married In Milwaukee and they are some of our favorite vendors in town.
All About The Ivy House
The Ivy House is located in the Fifth Ward of Milwaukee which includes the up and coming Harbor District and borders one of Milwaukee’s hottest neighborhoods, Walker’s Point. It is a modern, industrialized event space located in an urban warehouse and we LOVE it.

Curated using re-purposed wood bleacher board and live greenery gracing its presence throughout the space, the Ivy House has an open venue concept with tons of fun details making this venue unlike any other in Milwaukee. Throw in an expansive outdoor patio and bar perfect for outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours and late night shenanigans, you can literally host all of your full wedding day activities in this beautiful space.
The sit down capacity at The Ivy House is 250+ (300+ cocktail style). Their outdoor patio has room to seat 340 people, making it perfect for hosting both your ceremony and reception.
