We used our site analytics to find out which venues are the most popular with Milwaukee couples based on searches done on our site over the last year. So jump in and enjoy Milwaukee’s top wedding venues below.
1. Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery
We are super excited to see Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery in the number one spot this year!! #MKECouples love this place because the history is amazing, the beer is flowing and their indoor/outdoor spaces make Best Place one of the hottest venues in town.

2. South Shore Pavilion
South Shore Pavilion gets a lot of love on MarriedInMilwaukee.com, and for good reason. It’s right on Lake Michigan, attached to a beer garden, and is part of our beautiful Milwaukee County Parks!

3. The Atrium
The Atrium has been in the top 5 on our list for years and it’s easy to see why #MKECouples love this venue. From its amazing rooftop bar and garden to the stunning urban-chic interior, no expense was spared making this venue one of the top in town. Also check out their other venues Birch and Vista.

4. Schlitz Audubon Nature Center
Schlitz Audubon Nature Center is such a magical spot for weddings! Lake Michigan’s shoreline, forests and prairies create a gorgeous, natural backdrop for you wedding and, bonus, you are supporting their work as a nonprofit!

5. Turner Hall Ballroom
Turner Hall Ballroom is one of our favorite venues and is always high up this list. From awesome live music to amazing weddings, Turner Hall does it all! They even rock winter weddings!

6. The Cooperage
We love The Cooperage and so do Milwaukee couples. The Cooperage is an amazing venue with an amazing staff. A super cool warehouse vibe, outdoor space and a view of the Hoan Bridge are just some of the benefits couples love about this venue.

7. The Ivy House
The Ivy House is always at the top of this list and for good reason – it’s a stunning venue with a huge patio and has an amazing, experienced staff to back it all up. Make sure to check out The Ivy House, as well as their other venues, Filament and The Starling.

8. The Black Swan Riverwalk
The Black Swan Riverwalk is a beautiful and unique Third Ward space perfect for weddings! #MKECouples love its central location and the fact that it is right on the river.

9. The Fitzgerald (formerly Villa Filomena)
The former Villa Filomena is now The Fitzgerald. The name and ownership changed, but it didn’t change the fact that this historic mansion is a beautiful spot for weddings!

10. 1903 Events at the Harley-Davidson Museum
#MKECouples seriously love 1903 Events at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Their amazing campus, free parking and downtown location make this the perfect spot for your wedding. And check out their amazing new venue, The All New Garage – it’s one of the most unique spots in the city!!

11. Filament
We are always excited to see Filament on the list! Inside Filament is a beautiful, classic Milwaukee venue with cream city brick that’s enhanced by filament lights, fresh plants and unique decor. Filament is managed by the group that runs Milwaukee Airwaves, the Ivy House and The Starling, so you know your big day will go off without a hitch!

12. The Gage
This is the first year The Gage made this list (they were really close last year), and we couldn’t be more happy for them! The industrial chic space is rooted in history and offers exposed cream city brick along with an amazing outdoor patio.

13. The Pritzlaff
We love the beauty, history and flexibility of the Historic Prizlaff Building‘s four unique event spaces, and #MKEcouples love it too!

14. Vista
Vista has AMAZING views of downtown and excellent hospitality to match. Owned and operated by the owners of The Atrium and Birch, you know you’ll be taken care of and your wedding day will be epic!

15. GATHER at Deer District
Owned and operated by the Milwaukee Bucks, GATHER at Deer District is a spectacular venue right across from Fiserv Forum. Opened in 2021, this is the first year GATHER made this list (although they were close last year) and we couldn’t be more excited for them!

16. Bottle House 42 (Now Pilot Project Brewing)
The former Bottle House 42 was recently purchased by Pilot Project Brewing who plans to continue hosting weddings in the space. Located in the Brewery District, it’s a modern space that includes a rooftop patio, views of downtown and delicious beer. We also hear they formed a partnership with #MIMFamily Member Noble Catering for events so we are excited to see more weddings in the space!

17. St. James 1868
St. James 1868 is just a stunning Milwaukee wedding venue. Located Downtown, this 150 year-old former church was renovated to keep historic details while adding modern interiors. Two signature venues offer dedicated outdoor spaces, private bridal suite and groom’s room. It is unlike any venue in Milwaukee.

18. Historical Society
The Milwaukee County Historical Society is one of the most unique wedding venues in town. With their “LOVE MKE” signs, old bank vaults and beautiful historic décor, you can’t go wrong.

19. The Villa Terrace
The view from Villa Terrace is usually what couples notice first. But look further into the venue and you’ll find the building and museum are rich in Milwaukee history.

20. The Factory on Barclay
The Factory on Barclay is housed in a 1909 cream city brick building that is also home to The Original Cheesehead Factory. This beautiful venue features 7800 sq. feet of space including 2nd story ceilings, exposed bay windows, oversized 2nd floor mezzanine and large wrap around bar.

21. The George and Madcap Lounge
The George and Madcap Lounge is a stunning new wedding venue located in heart of Walker’s Point. From the moment you walk into The George, you’ll be surrounded by hundreds of paintings by Wisconsin artists, history and décor unlike any thing else in Milwaukee.

22. Urban Ecology Center
If you haven’t been to the Urban Ecology Center – Riverside Park you really need to check this place out – amazing outdoor and indoor spaces right in the middle of the East Side (and, yes, they have an indoor slide).

23. Onesto
With its Third Ward location and and a NYC loft style feel, weddings at Onesto are always amazing. This is probably why Milwaukee couples always seem to search for this gem on our site.

24. The Iron Horse Hotel
The Iron Horse Hotel rocks weddings! They have several spaces (including outdoor options), amazingly unique guest rooms and delicious in-house catering.

26. Historic Courthouse 1893
We are super excited to see Waukesha’s Historic Courthouse 1893 on the list this year! History, elegance and delicious catering from #MIMFamily Member Chef Jack’s make this a perfect spot for weddings!

27. Grain Exchange
Elegance and historic Milwaukee charm define Weddings at The Grain Exchange. Couples on our site love this place and for good reason – it’s beautiful!

28. The Starling
Ohhh we love The Starling! One of Milwaukee’s newest venues, The Starling offers an awesome Third Ward location, and HUGE patio on the river and delicious food from #MIMFamily Member Tall Guy and a Grill.

29. Birch
We love Birch in Wauwatosa! Its amazing indoor/outdoor space is the perfect spot for weddings and as a bonus, it’s right next to Camp Bar Tosa!

30. The War Memorial
If you want to be outside and right on the lakefront, the Milwaukee County War Memorial is your spot! Their outdoor space has enough room for ceremonies and receptions and they also have a gorgeous ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking downtown Milwaukee.
