We love weddings at Onesto (a long-time MIM Family Member)! The upstairs event space is amazing and is one of our favorite places in the Third Ward.
This couple planned their Onesto wedding and got married during the COVID-19 pandemic, so as you can imagine, there was a lot of emotions and obstacles to deal with. Check out the “note from the couple” below for more of their experience.
We think they did an amazing job and threw a super fun, intimate wedding at Onesto! Read on to learn about their vendors, planning process and cost.

A Note From The Couple
We asked the couple to tell us about their planning and budgeting process, and this is what they had to say:
Getting married during the midst of a pandemic was not easy. Our entire vision changed multiple times, and new obstacles always presented themselves. There were days we questioned if we should elope, push our date back, or just cancel indefinitely and wait for things to get better.
We decided to take precautions and go forward with our wedding on our original date. The year leading up to your wedding will put you through many trials and tribulations, just like the actual sacrament of marriage does. There will be good days, bad days, and everything in between; however, nothing good comes easy.
There is no love in marriage. Love is in people, and people must put love into their marriage. Always remember through everything, love will win.
