I am a huge fan of photo booths at weddings. I think this is the one of the funnest and most interactive wedding favors you can give your guests. What is more personalized than a photo of yourself to take home? Plus the bride and groom get a keepsake memory book out of the deal. Now that the trend is here to stay, the question becomes how do you choose a vendor to go with? Our friends Jordan and Todd at PhotoBooth4U had some insight.
PhotoBooth4U is the ultimate combination of high quality equipment, top notch service and 100% local ownership. Owners Jordan and Todd, who are recently engaged themselves, had a few tips couples should remember to ask when choosing their photo booth company.
Tips to Select a Photo Booth Vendor
Staffing – Ask who will be working the photo booth the night of your event and how much experience they have. When you hire a photo booth company, you will want someone personable, fun, professional and willing to provide advice, not necessarily a 17 year old high school student.
Setup/Logistics – Often times, experienced, local photo booth companies will work directly with the reception venue to make the arrangements such as determining where to place the photo booth and delivery arrangements. Trust me, these are things you don’t want to be worrying about on your big day!
Quality and Props – Be sure to ask about the quality of the photo booth and supporting props – and don’t hesitate to check them out in person. PhotoBooth4U has an always-expanding selection of props, including the newly added “Pick A Pose” spinner where guests will spin to select a pose they can imitate. Jordan was quick to mention that this prop has been an awesome addition and really helps guests come out of their shell.
You can contact Jordan and Todd via their website, www.PhotoBooth4U.net, for more information about their photobooth offerings. In the meantime, check out these fun photos below from weddings captured by PhotoBooth4U.
The greatest idea for a wedding. I once used one of these booths at a wedding, and it is the perfect memory maker.
