There’s been a ton of amazing new venues continuing to open up in Milwaukee and we are very excited to add the Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce to that list. If you’re looking for a large space that’s uniquely raw and just itching to be customized, you’ve found it with Curio Loft.
Curio Loft is brought to us by our friends at F Street Hospitality, who run The Venue at Milwaukee Brewing Company, Pizza Man and several other amazing venues in town. They tell us that couples looking for a historic building and a raw space will love Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce and we agree!
All About Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce
Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce is located in a historic 1919 building that was the former home to the Quality Biscuit Company factory. The building’s history shines through its cream city brick, open floor plan and the amazing natural light in the space.
Located on the western-end of Walker’s Point, you’ll be a few blocks from the awesome nightlife and dining in this neighborhood.
In addition you’ll be in close proximity to the Clarke Square Neighborhood, Mitchell Park and The Domes, all while being a few minutes drive from Downtown Milwaukee and the Historic Third Ward.
The first three floors of the building house Antiques on Pierce (if you haven’t been, go now!). Curio Loft is located on the fourth floor of the building and when dressed up in the right way can be a venue unlike any other in Milwaukee.
The space at Curio Loft is HUGE with capacity for 400 sit down dinner and 600 reception style. In addition, the venue is very flexible and can be set up in numerous ways. We love the idea of setting up a separate ceremony space then moving on to drinks and dinner in the rest of the venue.

The catering is provided on-site by F Street Catering and Events – these are the folks behind Pizza Man, Glass + Griddle and Timmer’s Resort, so you know the food will be on point and delicious.
They also love working with couples on custom menus – one great idea they told us for Curio Loft is a “biscuit bar,” paying homage to the space’s former life as the Quality Biscuit Company factory.
Drinks and bartenders are also provided on-site by F Street and they have ample bar packages for you to choose from, including custom craft cocktails and Milwaukee craft beers.
One of the things we love about Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce is that you can have your ceremony and reception in the same place, yet still be separate. The ceremony space can fit up to 350 of your closest friends and family.
The ceremony space is separated from the main space just enough so you and your guests can flow easily to cocktails and dinner.

Additional Details About Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce
One of the great things about this space is your can make it your own – it’s a blank canvas that can be transformed into a venue unlike anything else in Milwaukee. Our recommendation would be to hire a wedding planner to make it really amazing.
While talking with the staff from F Street Catering and Events, we could tell they were excited about this space. They love the raw, customizable feel of it and had great suggestions to make it your own. Things like a DJ in the freight elevator would absolutely make your wedding stand out. We also love their idea of a biscuit bar as a nod to the building’s history as a biscuit factory.
While the staff stated they are developing a collection of vintage antiques to go in the space, we’d recommend checking out the three floors of Antiques on Pierce for some of your décor. The place is huge and you’ll surely find something cool and unique.
Curio Loft at Antiques on Pierce is a great addition to Milwaukee’s venues and we are excited to have them! #MKECouples should note that they do have a lot of availability for 2021 – but book fast, they might not have as much after this article!! Learn more at fstreethospitality.com.
