If you’re looking for an alternative to traditional wedding cake, cheesecake is a great and tasty option. 101 Cheesecake Flavors
When I met with one of the owners Stacie, I couldn’t believe they had 101 flavors, but they really do! You can get them in various sizes, from tiered cheesecake wedding cakes, to traditional rounds, to mini bite size pieces, you can have your choice. The bite sized option would be perfect for a wedding dessert bar offering a sample of various flavors.
Some of my favorite flavor combinations were cocktail-inspired. From Grasshopper, Rumchata and even Jack Daniels Upside Down Brownie flavors, you begin to see how you can get pretty creative with the flavor offerings you provide your guest. Having a key lime martini as your signature cocktail? How about a mini key lime cheesecake to serve along side it. Yum!
Cheesecake Wedding Desserts
I’m sure you’ve guessed by their name that The Cheesecake Store and More offers options beyond just cheesecake. They have various tasty cookies, decadent brownies, and even savory appetizer versions of cheesecakes like Taco Dip, BLT and Spinach Artichoke.

I used The Cheesecake Store for my wedding. While their cake was delicious, the over an inch frosting was not. In fact if I had a sample with the frosting on it prior to my wedding, they would have not been my choice for my wedding.
I’m happy you enjoyed the delicious cake! The frosting is added to the cheesecakes to appeal to a rich Wedding cake design and adds height to the appearance of the Wedding cake.
