Nothing brings people together like food – so why not incorporate Milwaukee Food Tours into your bachelorette or bachelor party?
Milwaukee Food Tours offers unique walking tours throughout Milwaukee’s neighborhoods and could be the highlight of any bachelorette party. Your group will walk away from the tour full of food and history. The tours will make several stops at area eateries and are led by a knowledgeable tour guide who discusses history, culture, architecture and entertainment from the neighborhood you’re in.
And now for the really cool part - Milwaukee Food Tours has generously donated some free tours to our readers. See below for more information.
The Lowdown on Milwaukee Food Tours
Depending on the number of people in your party, you can book one of the public tours, or you can book a private group tour. The private tours don’t cost any more than the public ones and can prove to be a great bonding experience for the group. Each tour includes 4-6 stops for tastings. Enough food is served that the majority of attendees don’t require a meal after. And while we are talking about bachelor / bachelorette parties this week, you can see how Milwaukee Food Tours would be a great idea for a shower as well.
The tours last between 2 – 2.5 hours and do require walking, so ladies might want to bring shoes other than heels. If you book a private tour, you do have the option of using a limo or bus instead.
Suggested Tours
Milwaukee Food Tours founder, Theresa Nemetz, suggests the following tours for bachelorette / bachelor parties:
- The Village of Wauwatosa Tour (available for lunch or dinner)
- Sweets & Treats Cedarburg Dessert Tour
- Historic Third Ward tour to enjoy dinner before a night out on the town
- Bloody Mary Brunch Tour to cap off a weekend of fun
