Weddings at the The Astor Hotel

We had our wedding reception at the Astor Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The Astor has a ballroom that’s filled with old world charm and we loved it. We didn’t do a sit down dinner, but instead did a cocktail recpetion where the food was served in stations and our guests could eat whenever they wanted. This made the reception more social and gave us more time to sociallize with our guests.

Klemmer’s Banquet Center

This post is from a good friend of ours: We had our wedding reception at Klemmer’s Banquet Center on Oklahoma- just off of I94.  The food was excellent and the prices are very reasonable- everything was well organized and they set up many of the table decorations based on our instructions- I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Lakefront Brewery Palm Gardens

Lake Park Lutheran Church Weddings

We had our wedding at Lake Park Lutheran Church, which is located on the East Side of Milwaukee (Downer Ave. area). We can’t say enough good things about the church and Pastor David. He took the time to get to know us and our personality and used that in our ceremony. We also were able to play our own music, which gave our wedding that unique, personalized touch.
